Before photography became my full time world, I was a teacher. Cheering kids on, helping them believe in themselves, and watching those light bulb moments happen. That season of my life shaped how I see people, with patience, curiosity, and a whole lot of heart.
Photography became a natural extension of that. A way to tell stories, connect deeply, and preserve moments that matter long after the day is over.
HOW I GOT HERE...
When I’m not photographing love stories or families, you’ll usually find me chasing sunshine and salt air. Coffee in hand, paddleboard nearby, and the beach forever calling my name.
Sundays are for church and singing my heart out with the worship team. Travel lights me up, adventure fuels me, and being near the ocean keeps me grounded.
Life beyond the lens
I bring calm to the chaos, humour to the nerves, and a steady presence when emotions run high, which feels fitting considering my name literally means peace and my last name means calm. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, seen, and completely yourself, so your images reflect not just how it looked, but how it felt.
Through relaxed wedding photography and a documentary approach that allows moments to happen naturally, I focus on capturing connection as it happens. Photos that take you right back to that moment, again and again.
